PHP and/or Ruby on Rails developer

Project work (1-2 months) on a database and online platform. Could be done in PHP, in combination with Drupal or Joomla, or in Ruby on Rails. We are still exploring the best option and would like to talk with programmers who can do either or both. The project will start asap but dates are flexible. Ideally, the programmer would have an interest in working with an academic partner and for a civil society-oriented purpose.

Requirements

Experience in at least one of the specified languages/frameworks

Experience in database development

Experience with Drupal/Joomla etc.
