Canadian Cities Top High-Tech Growth in North America

According to a report by the Milken Institute, the Canadian high-tech sector has grown faster than anywhere else in North America. The report compares metropolitan data between 2003 and 2007 (the latest available) and includes data from Canada and Mexico for the first time.
